What personal data we collect

• Orders: name, telephone number, delivery address, selected courier, order items, total, order date, and order status.
• Contact inquiries: name, telephone number, email address, service requested, message, date, and status.
• Security and administration: account username, role, session data, and security activity including IP address.
• Browser preferences: shopping cart and language preference in local storage, plus cookie-consent preference.

Why we process data

• To accept, process, deliver, and provide support for orders: performance of a contract.
• To keep order and accounting records: compliance with applicable legal obligations.
• To respond to inquiries: taking steps at the request of the person contacting us.
• To protect the website, prevent abuse, and manage administrator access: legitimate interest in security and reliable operation.
• For optional advertising or analytics cookies, if introduced later: consent. We do not currently use those cookies.

Who receives data

We may share order details needed for delivery with the courier selected by the customer, such as Econt or Speedy. Website hosting and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf. The checkout does not currently use an online payment processor; payment is made by cash on delivery. The checkout may load Google Maps to show courier locations. External resources such as Tailwind CSS, Font Awesome, and some images may also be loaded from their respective providers and may involve a browser request to those providers.

How long we keep data

• We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the requested service, resolve a matter, protect our rights, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Orders and related accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable Bulgarian accounting and tax law.
• Contact inquiries and security/activity logs are reviewed for deletion when they are no longer needed for their stated purpose, an incident, a legal claim, or a legal obligation.
• User sessions expire after 1 hour of inactivity. Consent preferences are kept for up to 12 months or until they are reset.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email spncsystems@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.

What cookies we use

This website uses a necessary session cookie for login and session functionality and may use a consent cookie. The shopping cart and language preference are stored in browser local storage rather than in a server cookie. We do not currently use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies for marketing purposes.
